Your new role
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services. You’ll define and implement quality standards and testing strategies across application development processes, ensuring systems meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations. This position involves planning and executing comprehensive test strategies, managing test processes, and providing expert guidance on quality assurance best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant postgraduate qualifications or extensive experience in quality assurance and testing.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Proven ability to interpret testing needs and produce high-quality technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with QA and testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, BrowserStack, HP Quality Centre.
• Strong scripting skills (Python or PowerShell).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities, with experience mentoring and influencing stakeholders.
• Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
