Your new role

As the performance testing delivery leader, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver performance testing activities across multiple releases. You’ll lead a team of testers, ensure performance requirements are met, and drive best‑practice performance engineering across the program. You will also play a key role in ensuring continuity and visibility across both Platform and E2E Performance Testing activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years’ experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of LoadRunner and Gatling.
• Ability to analyze system architecture and identify performance risks.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Jenkins).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and visualisation tools such as Dynatrace or Grafana.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Scala).

• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving capability.
• Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and delivery‑focused.
