Your new role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development while managing and growing a portfolio of key commercial accounts. This is a field‑based role focused on identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into long‑term partnerships. You will conduct outbound sales activity, respond to tenders and proposals, manage pipelines through the CRM, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored mobility solutions that meet client needs.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in B2B field sales (mobility, Car Rental, or related industries ideal)
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
Confidence in prospecting and closing commercial deals
Ability to manage CRM systems and understand sales KPIs
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
