Your new role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and play a key role in supporting the sales function through administrative excellence and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Managing quotes, contracts, and CRM accuracy.
  • Supporting the sales team with lead management, logistics coordination, and vendor registrations.
  • Maintaining ISO standards for documentation and assisting with marketing and tender applications.
  • Providing business intelligence and customer feedback to improve products and services.
This role is a mix of sales support and account management, with opportunities to develop strong customer relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
  • Strong initiative, independence, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office or G-Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Tenacity and resourcefulness, with a can-do attitude and openness to feedback.
