Your new role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and play a key role in supporting the sales function through administrative excellence and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Managing quotes, contracts, and CRM accuracy.
- Supporting the sales team with lead management, logistics coordination, and vendor registrations.
- Maintaining ISO standards for documentation and assisting with marketing and tender applications.
- Providing business intelligence and customer feedback to improve products and services.
This role is a mix of sales support and account management, with opportunities to develop strong customer relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
- Strong initiative, independence, and a proactive approach.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Competence in Microsoft Office or G-Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Tenacity and resourcefulness, with a can-do attitude and openness to feedback.
