Your new role

• Data entry in Xero and eTrack for all business transactions
• Preparation of monthly accounts receivable invoices
• Overseeing cash positions and recovery of outstanding debtors
• Processing payroll, superannuation and leave accruals
• Preparing and lodging BAS and payroll tax returns
• Reconciling bank accounts, petty cash and credit card transactions
• Assisting with financial reporting, insurance renewals and board papers
• Supporting HR processes including induction and termination documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with Xero (and ideally MYOB)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and under pressure during reporting periods
• Willingness to learn new systems such as eTrack
• Strong organisational and communication skills
