Your new role
As a Business Support Officer, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing shared inboxes, calendars, and meeting logistics
- Coordinating workflows, approvals, and routine processes
- Maintaining accurate records, registers, and documentation
- Preparing and updating correspondence, documents, and basic reports
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support team activities
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and record-keeping requirements
