Digital Transformation Change Manager

You will lead the people side of change for a major digital program, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes. This role involves planning and delivering end-to-end change management strategies, communications, and training initiatives to support critical technology implementations.

Your new role

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for digital projects.
  • Create communications plans, training programs, and integration plans aligned to project milestones.
  • Maintain change schedules and documentation within an agile delivery environment.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, ICT specialists, and project teams to assess business and technical readiness.
  • Lead the rollout of change initiatives and associated communications.
  • Monitor adoption KPIs, track post-implementation performance, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support business readiness planning, including system upgrades and deployments.
  • Engage with data teams on data migration activities.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials and co-design workshops.
  • Provide regular reporting to governance committees on change progress.
  • Uplift technical change capability across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience delivering change management for digital transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across executive, ICT, and project teams.
  • Experience developing communications and training plans for complex programs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise service management systems (ServiceNow experience highly regarded).
  • Familiarity with data migration and technical change processes.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain NV1).
  • ServiceNow experience essential.
