Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end solutions within a large-scale data migration program. This position requires a hybrid skill set combining strong business analysis capability with technical understanding of data flows and delivery. You will work closely with senior stakeholders (up to GM level) and technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into executable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of data migration initiatives within a compliance-heavy environment.

• Analyse and document business requirements and connect them to technical execution.

• Understand and map high-level data flows and data tables to support migration activities.

• Build and maintain traceability matrices to ensure alignment from requirements through to delivery.

• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence and manage expectations across the program.

• Support testing and validation activities to ensure successful migration outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering large-scale data migration projects end-to-end (not just process design).
• Strong understanding of data flows, data structures, and ability to interpret data tables.
• Background in regulatory or compliance-driven programs
• Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Consulting-style approach with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in building traceability matrices and ensuring requirements are executed effectively.
