Your new role
As Planning Coordinator, you’ll lead strategic and statutory planning initiatives, manage complex projects, and provide expert advice on land use, heritage, and environmental matters. You’ll play a key role in policy development, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with WA planning legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree in Urban and Regional Planning (or equivalent).
Extensive knowledge of WA planning, land, heritage, and environmental legislation.
Strong report writing, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
Experience in Crown Land matters and strategic planning.
Ability to implement and review policies, strategies, procedures, and industry codes of practice.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
