Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring system security, stability, and compliance. This includes vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices across infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with remediation of identified security vulnerabilities across infrastructure systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance or security issues
- Implement best practices for system hardening, security monitoring, and patching
- Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure systems are secure and compliant.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in Windows server environments
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing)
- Expertise in patch management, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and backup systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle critical incidents
