Your new role
In this role you will work in a hands-on capacity to construct landscape designs and features such as paths, decks, retaining walls, installation of irrigation and garden beds as well as planting a range of different plants.
You will liaise with clients in a polite and professional manager regarding questions and requests whilst on site and also lead a team of 2-5 workers depending on the project size. You will train new staff in landscape construction processes and ensure all tools, equipment and company vehicle are kept clean and in good working order. You will liaise internally in weekly meetings with management to offer input and updates on work schedules, site budgets and quotes, as well as any variations of work that are outside the design scope provided.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application you will need:
Professional demeanour and communication, both written and verbal
White Card, Asbestos Awareness and Silica Ticket
A Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar is preferred
A valid driver's license is essential
Experience managing small teams and a great attention to detail
Landscape construction experience is preferred, but similar construction experience will be considered
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of $80,000 -$90,000 + duper dependent on your skills and experience. Your package also includes:

9 day working fortnight with every second Friday off.
