Your new role
As a Development Enquiry Officer, you will be the first point of contact for development-related enquiries. You will provide accurate advice on planning matters, assist with applications, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and council policies. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A degree in Planning or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within local government (essential).
  • Strong understanding of planning legislation and development processes.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with Content Management (CM) systems is advantageous.
What you'll get in return
  • Hourly rate of $60 + superannuation.
  • 35 hours per week, fully on-site.
  • Immediate start for a 3-month contract
