Our client is a leading commercial building business with a reputation for delivering landmark projects across Australia. Our client is seeking a driven Site Manager to join their high-performing Gold Coast team.

Your new role

In this role, you will oversee all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, manage teams including subcontractors and labourers, enforce safety regulations and quality standards, coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will bring a strong delegation and exceptional communication skills, ensuring the project flows efficiently and cohesively with all team members. You will also have the following qualities and skills:
  • Previous experience delivering multi-storey commercial/residential projects.
  • Prioritisation and adaptability
  • Leadership and delegation
  • Time management
  • QBCC supervisor licence
