Your new role
You will manage strategic projects from initiation through to completion, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines while building and executing project plans. You will oversee governance and reporting, manage stakeholder relationships and communications, identify and mitigate risks, prepare briefings and executive advice, and foster collaboration across teams and partners. Safety, inclusion, and positive workplace culture will be central to your approach.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Significant experience managing strategic projects end to end
- Strong planning, analysis, and policy development skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High-level organisational and time management skills
- Sound judgement in complex, time-sensitive environments
- Commitment to safe, inclusive work practices
- Desirable: formal project management qualification
