Senior Commercial and Contract Specialist - Based NoR - Energy and Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Contracts Manager to join a dynamic Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a well-established organisation that is one of Australia’s fastest-growing providers of power and communications infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing claims with efficiency and accuracy
  • Establishing and maintaining contract administration governance frameworks
  • Overseeing commercial management, including contract review and negotiation, departures, insurances, and related matters.
  • Supervising procurement procedures to ensure compliance and value
  • Managing subcontractor frameworks to support project delivery
