Structures Foreman job, Education Project $20M+, Sunshine Coast, up to $175K Package

A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a highly regarded builder on a landmark project on the Sunshine Coast. They specialise in commercial construction for a variety of projects and have a strong workbook ahead, offering long term stable work on the Sunshine Coast.

Your new role

Driving performance on site, you will be responsible for all the structural elements, organising pours, logistics, overseeing all the structural trades and progressing the project from the structure into the facade and externals.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you will have experience as a Structures Foreman on large commercial projects, preferably for a tier 2 or tier 3 builder.
If you’ve worn multiple hats overseeing all trades on a commercial construction project as a General Foreman, you’re also encouraged to apply. Experience working with software packages such as Procore and/or Hammertech will also be beneficial. Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast.
