Your new role
As a Tender and Seller Management Officer, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end tendering and evaluation processes and supporting seller lifecycle activities across multiple marketplaces and panels. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating tender documentation and managing panel refreshes or Request for Tender (RFT) activities.
Evaluating tender submissions, conducting compliance checks, and assessing financial viability.
Applying key frameworks such as Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) policy and Seller Performance Management Framework.
Monitoring marketplace status, reporting risks, and advising on corrective actions.
Reviewing seller profiles and implementing performance management processes.
Contributing to process improvements and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Framework, including PGPA Act and CPRs.
Experience in tender evaluation, compliance checks, and financial viability assessments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
High-level verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
