Your new role

As a Tender and Seller Management Officer, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end tendering and evaluation processes and supporting seller lifecycle activities across multiple marketplaces and panels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating tender documentation and managing panel refreshes or Request for Tender (RFT) activities.

  • Evaluating tender submissions, conducting compliance checks, and assessing financial viability.

  • Applying key frameworks such as Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) policy and Seller Performance Management Framework.

  • Monitoring marketplace status, reporting risks, and advising on corrective actions.

  • Reviewing seller profiles and implementing performance management processes.

  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Framework, including PGPA Act and CPRs.

  • Experience in tender evaluation, compliance checks, and financial viability assessments.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
