We are seeking motivated and reliable Trade Assistants to join our team on a FIFO basis from Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced tradespeople in a dynamic mining and resources environment. You will play a key role in supporting maintenance and construction activities across site operations.

Your new role

• Perform general labouring duties including cleaning, preparing work areas, and handling tools.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Support installation, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and site procedures.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Trade Assistant or similar role in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
• Ability to work in remote locations on a FIFO roster.
• Physically fit and able to work in hot and dusty conditions.
• Current Driver’s Licence (HR highly regarded).
• White Card and relevant tickets (e.g., Working at Heights, Confined Space) preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
