This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced D365 professional to lead system enhancements, drive continuous improvement, and provide expert guidance across the organisation.

Your new role

As the D365 F&O Specialist, you will:
  • Lead and coordinate the application of D365 F&O (Transact) across the organisation.
  • Manage system issues, upgrades, service requests, and change management.
  • Provide expert advice on system capabilities and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver comprehensive support and training to users, ensuring optimal utilisation of the platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align system functionality with business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on system performance, enhancements, and issue resolution.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations and support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn business, and ability to deliver outcomes under minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement practices.
