The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical vision and execution of a key AI project. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll architect scalable solutions, mentor a talented team, and deliver cutting-edge products that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership & Project Management
    • Lead a cross-functional development team, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
    • Define system architecture and make critical technical decisions.
    • Implement coding standards and best practices.
  • Backend & Cloud Architecture
    • Build serverless backend services using AWS Lambda.
    • Manage AWS RDS, ECS, Load Balancers, and other core services.
  • Frontend & Mobile Development
    • Develop responsive web apps with React.
    • Build cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and Expo.

About You
  • 4+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
  • Expertise in AWS, React, React Native, and Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI concepts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high EQ, and strong leadership skills.
