Your new role

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analysing business requirements.
• Mapping processes and recommending improvements.
• Translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Collaborating with developers and architects to design scalable solutions.
• Supporting testing and user acceptance activities.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Power Platform ecosystem.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Proven background as a Functional Analyst or similar role in an enterprise IT environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Skills: Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Desirable: MS Power Platform Functional Consultant certification and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
