Your new role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities across the commercial maintenance portfolio. You’ll work closely with operational teams to design tailored solutions, develop long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively identifying new business opportunities within commercial property, education, sports, government, retail, and infrastructure sectors

• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

• Developing winning proposals and tenders in collaboration with technical teams

• Driving sustainable growth in line with business objectives

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record in B2B business development, ideally within facilities management, landscaping or property maintenance, asset management, construction, or related industries

• Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term client partnerships

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills

• A self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and winning new work
