Your new company

We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with strong Accounts Payable skills for a short-term casual assignment with a leading civil construction company based in Busselton, WA.

Your new role

• Managing payroll for approximately 30 staff (mostly full-time, some casuals)
• Handling accounts payable, data entry, and general administration
• Ensuring accuracy and reliability in a dynamic environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6–8 weeks
• Hours: Flexible – approx. 3 days per week, 6 hours per day
  (Thursday is essential for the weekly pay run)
• Systems: MYOB and Xero
• Payroll: Weekly pay run every Thursday (non-negotiable)
• Location: Busselton – on-site parking available
• Pay Rate: $40–$50 per hour (depending on experience)
• Note: Business closes between Christmas & New Year, but payroll continues.
  Remote work may be possible during this period for a few hours.
