Your new role
This opportunity sits within the firm’s commercial practice group, where you will work across a varied portfolio of matters. Depending on your experience, your work may include:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Assisting clients with day‑to‑day advisory queries
  • Supporting transactional matters
  • Advising on risk, compliance, and governance issues
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on complex matters while also having the opportunity to run your own files and build strong client relationships.
