Credit Assessor with an established non-bank lender
Your new company
You will be working with an established non-bank lender with direct access to strong warehouse funding, seeking for a Credit Assessor as part of their business expansion strategy.


Your new role
As the Credit Assessor, you are tasked with full loan application assessment cycle, ensuring all deals comply with company credit policy, commercial risk appetite, and compliance requirements. You will be working closely with the Business Development Manager, external parties, and internal credit committee on your analysis with clear communications and well-structured recommendations.


What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 2 years of credit assessment/analyst experience within business or commercial loan applications (low docs and non-NCCP loans), preferably within the non-bank lending sector
  • Proven ability to interpret financial statements, property evaluations, legal documents and lending security packages
  • Excellent attention to detail, writing skills and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset is an advantage in providing structured recommendations in complex applications.
  • Team work attitude with ability to work independently and meeting deadlines
