Supply Chain Manager

Your new role

As the senior supply specialist, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will manage warehousing nationally, support trade compliance, and implement strategies that enhance profitability and operational performance.


  • Lead and manage the supply chain team to ensure effective resource utilisation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance to achieve Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT) and quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory optimisation and stock level maintenance using SAP and MILIS.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and manage import/export documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best-practice processes.
  • Coordinate material master data and support change management processes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Formal qualification in Supply Chain and Logistics Management.
  • Previous experience in supply chain coordination and management within a program environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and supply management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of trade compliance and procurement principles
  • NV1 Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Defence or aviation experience in a SCM role is highly desirable.
