Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales representative to join their WA team.

Your new role

As the sales representative, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory across WA, focusing on both existing and prospective distributors and end users. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting a diverse range of industrial products.


Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing a structured call cycle plan.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and major end users.
• Identifying new market opportunities and responding to sales enquiries.
• Achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
• Conducting product demonstrations, trade shows, and training sessions.
• Providing regular market feedback and sales reports.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
• Proven experience in sales (either wholesale, in store or on the road), ideally within industrial or technical products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to territory management.
• Ability to present and promote products effectively.
• Proven dedication to working hard with willingness to learn.
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer excellence.
