A respected Victorian State Government body is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead its internal IT support function. Your new role

• Managing and mentoring a team of four IT professionals.

• Overseeing daily IT service delivery across infrastructure, telephony, AV, and end-user support.

• Leading incident management, with a focus on root cause analysis and problem resolution.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and service level optimisation.

• Managing relationships with external stakeholders and ensuring adherence to SLAs.

• Implementing IT service management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

• Supporting service design and transition for new or updated IT services.

• Contributing to IT Strategy and planning as part of the broader IT leadership team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in an IT service delivery management / leadership role within the Government sector (ideally State Government).

• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.

• Experience operating in a shared IT services environment.

• A tertiary education in Information Technology, alongside Microsoft, Azure and ITIL certifications are highly regarded.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead through change and complexity.
