Your new role

• Oversee the daily operations of building facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues
• Plan and oversee renovations and refurbishments
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations and maintenance activities

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Facilities Manager, be immediately available, and have recent references from your previous employer. You will be well-presented and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
