We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a commercial property portfolio in the heart of Brisbane CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation on a contract basis, delivering high-quality facilities management services and ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio.
Your new role
Duties will include:
- Oversee the daily operations of building facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues
- Plan and oversee renovations and refurbishments
- Maintain accurate records of facility operations and maintenance activities
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Facilities Manager, be immediately available, and have recent references from your previous employer. You will be well-presented and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
