Experienced Maintenance Officer / Handy Person Required for an A Grade commercial building in Sydney's CBD

Your new company

A large facilities maintenance company have an immediate requirement for an experienced Maintenance Officer / Handy Person to join their team, where you will be based on an A Grade commercial site in Sydney's CBD.

Your new role

This position requires you to carry out all round commercial building maintenance where you will be responsible for replacing lamps, painting / patching, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, assisting other trades, client liaison, general reporting and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous facilities maintenance experience, good customer service skills and basic computer skills.

What you'll get in return

This role will be based on an A grade fixed site in Sydney's CBD, where you will receive $80,000 + super, clean working environment within an established facilities maintenance company.
