Your new role

Our Hays Brisbane CBD office is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our internal Service Delivery team with a focus on customer care, compliance and background checks. This is a full-time permanent role that commences immediately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders

• Handle high-volume calls and emails across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC

• Maintain customer care inbox and escalate issues as needed

• Assist with internal audits and service reviews, including data entry and reporting

• Liaise with compliance teams across APAC on related queries

• Background checks processing as and when required

• Ad hoc Service Delivery team when requested
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills, ideally with experience in high-volume environments such as call centres

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Previous administration experience

• Previous compliance experience but not desired

• Capability to work autonomously and under pressure

• Quick grasp of new operations and concepts
