As Sales Manager, you’ll oversee B2B client relationships, nurturing existing accounts, converting new leads and growing the company name.
Your new role
- Lead and grow a portfolio of commercial office furniture clients across NSW
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, networking, and client engagement
- Prepare and present persuasive quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
- Deliver consultative sales solutions that align with our clients furniture offerings with client goals
- Drive brand awareness through strategic partnerships, industry events, and targeted campaigns
- Stay informed on product innovations, workplace trends, and competitor activity to offer best-in-class solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates, provide reliable forecasts, and actively contribute to sales strategy meetings
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally within commercial furniture, building, property services, or construction
- Proven experience winning competitive tenders and securing large-scale contracts
- Experience selling into a corporate environment
- Experience in growing a brand and driving brand awareness through strategic marketing, partnerships, and client engagement initiatives
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results
- Self-directed, highly organised, and proactive in managing workload
