Your new role

The Growth and Fulfilment Manager is a senior leadership role within Tasmania’s fast-paced and ever-evolving fresh daily FMCG sector. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth, activating market opportunities and ensuring seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. It requires a strong balance of commercial insight and operational execution, overseeing daily customer demand, distribution, fulfilment and in-store activation to deliver business results and elevate the customer experience.

This position is Hobart based, but regular intrastate travel is required. Your team will be made up of four Area Sales Managers reporting to you, as well as merchandising and distribution contract teams under them.

What you'll need to succeed

We’re looking for a results-driven leader with proven experience in FMCG sales growth and fulfilment operations, ideally within e-commerce environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of digital literacy and proficiency in tools such as ERP systems, Microsoft Office and Power BI. A solid grasp of mathematics is essential, as the role involves significant forecasting and demand planning. Excellent communication, team leadership and sales negotiation skills are also critical in order to deliver on targets, along with the ability to shift seamlessly between strategic planning and day-to-day operations.

This role requires a strong work ethic and the flexibility to manage issues outside standard hours, as their operations span seven days a week. While the position is Monday to Friday, occasional out-of-hours involvement may be necessary to support their retail partners. Cripps value autonomy and trust their managers to balance their time effectively—those who thrive in dynamic environments and take ownership of outcomes will excel in this role.
