Your new role

• 40% advisory / 60% compliance split across client engagements
• Travel with the Partner to remote client locations
• Reviewing and supporting the work of junior team members
• Training and mentoring staff through regular development conversations
• Managing a portfolio of clients with turnovers ranging from $1m to $20m
• Providing strategic insights and tailored solutions to agribusiness clients

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in business services within public practice
• Exposure to agribusiness clients and a genuine interest in rural and remote industries
• Strong technical skills in compliance and advisory work
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to lead and develop a team
• Willingness to travel to client sites and build strong relationships
• CA/CPA qualification
