Your Role: Entry Level Customer Service Consultant
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll deliver outstanding service and support across a range of personal finance solutions. You’ll play a key role in promoting banking products, resolving queries, and contributing to the success of our Customer Division.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build lasting relationships by understanding and responding to customers’ financial needs
  • Handle inbound enquiries across general banking, credit cards, loans, home loans, and online banking
  • Promote relevant banking products and refer specialist enquiries where needed
  • Manage daily transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support branch operations and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Open new customer accounts in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards
  • Represent our values and commitment to ethical banking in every interaction


What You’ll Bring
  • Previous customer service experience (financial services experience is a plus, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Confidence using technology and banking systems
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster (Monday–Friday 7am–7pm) and one Saturday per week (9am–5pm from home, with penalty rates)
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
