Your new role
Under the guidance of and reporting to a Principal, the Manager plays a pivotal role in creating value and driving improvements for our clients by providing comprehensive advisory services. This role involves advising clients on a range of areas including asset protection, business performance, business reporting, accounting and taxation management, wealth protection, and general change management.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, overseeing workflow management among direct reports, coordinating tax lodgement lists, and providing coaching and mentoring to junior staff members. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and nurturing meaningful relationships with clients, fostering client loyalty and satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
With 4+ years in a senior role in a business advisory environment, you will have:
- Ability to undertake various tax planning recommendations for clients
- Able to prepare financial statements and tax returns for multiple and complex entities including various trusts and corporate entities.
- Possesses a positive and proactive approach to delivering superior support and commercial advice to clients
- Strong numeracy and analytic skills with the ability to interpret and make sense of data
- Strong time management skills with the ability to be agile with changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to act with integrity and influence both internal and external stakeholders to build relationships
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently with supervisor and staff and ability to coach, mentor and lead staff
