Your new role

As a Regional Manager, you’ll take full ownership of 4–6 centres across Sydney Metro, ACT & surrounds, or Wollongong/South Coast NSW. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll have the freedom to define your schedule and make decisions that matter.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full P\&L accountability for your region, driving profitability and operational excellence.
  • Leading and mentoring Practice Managers, 2ICs, and nurse teams to build high-performing centres.
  • Managing the doctor lifecycle — onboarding, training, contract renewals, and retention strategies.
  • Reviewing daily operational dashboards to monitor labour forecasts, gross billings, consumables costs, and compliance.
  • Driving strategic initiatives such as nurse recruitment campaigns, urgent care expansion, and labour cost optimisation.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership in fortnightly meetings, while enjoying flexibility to work from home when appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years’ experience in multi-site operations management.
  • Proven track record of P\&L accountability and delivering commercial results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Resilience and strategic problem-solving ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable, but we also welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, or territory-level business development backgrounds who bring strong operational and people leadership.
