A well-established property group is seeking a seasoned and motivated Commercial Property Manager to step into a leadership role. This position has been designed to support the continued growth and evolution of the commercial property portfolio, and offers the opportunity to lead a team while driving operational excellence and business development.

Your new role

• Oversee the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring compliance, tenant satisfaction, and asset performance.
• Lead and mentor a small team of property professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Drive business development initiatives to grow the commercial portfolio, including identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
• Manage lease negotiations, rent reviews, renewals, and arrears.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
• Contribute to strategic planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial property management.
• Proven leadership capabilities or experience mentoring a team.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation, lease administration, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to lead by example.
