Your new role
In this role, you will:
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations with full compliance to EBAs, Fair Work, and statutory obligations.
- Validate pay runs, maintain data integrity, and reconcile leave entitlements.
- Process termination payments, superannuation contributions, and staff-related payments.
- Prepare payroll reports and journal entries for Finance and Audit.
- Respond promptly and professionally to payroll queries across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience using Micropay
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax compliance, and EBAs.
- Experience interpreting awards and enterprise agreements.
- Expertise in termination and leave calculations, beyond system automation.
- High level of confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive data.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and clear communication.
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
