Your new role
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement
Oversee content creation and campaign delivery across the web, social media, email, and paid channels
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
Analyse campaign performance and user data to optimise marketing efforts
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align digital marketing with broader business goals
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns across social media, web, email, and paid media
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence and collaborate effectively
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance based on insights
Creative flair and brand storytelling skills to develop compelling content and campaigns
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team priorities efficiently
Must have Australian citizenship to apply for this role
