The client is looking for a Change Management Specialist to support a transformation initiative. This is a strategic opportunity to guide cultural and operational change while ensuring staff are supported and retained throughout the process.
The Role
The successful provider will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a fit-for-purpose change management strategy and provide ongoing support throughout the transformation.
Key areas of focus include:
- Development of a change management strategy tailored to a small organisation
- Leadership alignment and sponsorship initiatives
- Support for internal communications and messaging
- Cultural diagnostics and future state definition
- Change impact and readiness assessments
- Employee experience support in collaboration with HR
Expected Deliverables
- A comprehensive change management strategy
- Ongoing advisory and workforce support throughout the transformation period
Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be assessed on:
- Demonstrated experience and outcomes
- Understanding of working with First Nations communities and government stakeholders
- Capacity to deliver within the required timeframe
The contract is expected to commence in November 2025 and run through to May/June 2026.
