Your new role

As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects. There is an option to work on site or in the office, depending on which projects you are interested in.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts from procurement to close-out
- Prepare and review progress claims, variations, and payment schedules
- Assist with tender reviews, contract negotiations, and compliance
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in contract administration within commercial construction (1+ year minimum)

- Full working rights here in Australia
- Strong understanding of contract terms, variations, and financial tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in construction software and document control systems
