Your new role

As the Client-Side Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of capital works and infrastructure projects. Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage risk, monitor progress, and provide strategic advice to support decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring proven experience in client-side project management, ideally within the public or commercial sectors. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver outcomes with caution and care will be key. A civil / structural engineering background in construction, infrastructure, or property development is highly desirable. Additionally, you'll be undertaking the following duties:
Leading project planning, procurement, and delivery phases

• Managing budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery
