Contract Opportunity: IT Service Support Specialist
Location: Homebush (onsite parking available), relocating to Sydney CBD next month
Contract Length: 3 months (until end of January)
Rate: $50–$60 per hour (flexible for the right candidate)

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Service Support Specialist to join their team on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced support environment and is confident across both technical troubleshooting and cloud service management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support across multiple channels: in-person, phone, email, web chat, and site visits
Deliver Tech Bar support with a focus on complex issue resolution
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Handle user account configuration and cloud-based application support
Operate within ITSM frameworks, managing incidents and requests while meeting SLA targets
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of hands-on technical support experience
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services
Strong understanding of IT Service Management tools and processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
