Your new role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering compliant, end-to-end procurement and contract administration activities. Working as part of a busy and high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop all procurement documentation

• Engage with a broad range of stakeholders

• Provide day-to-day procurement and commercial advice to a broad range of stakeholders

• Security business approvals as required

• Ensure contracts are fit for purpose

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 to 8 years’ experience in procurement, ideally within government or defence sectors

• NV1 security clearance (mandatory)

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Qualifications in Business, Law, Commerce, or Cert IV or Diploma with relevant experience (preferred)

• Exposure to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and/or ITAR is desirable but not essential
