Your new role

As Project Manager, you'll lead major high-rise developments from feasibility and DA through to construction and handover. You'll manage consultant teams, oversee procurement and superintendency, and drive commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and construction knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• 5–10+ years' experience in client-side or contractor-side project management.
• Proven delivery of high-rise projects valued at $100M+
• Strong commercial management and contract administration skills
• Experience across feasibility, DA, procurement, and construction delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (or builders licence).
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera, and familiarity with Procore or Mastt.
• On-site construction experience and understanding of AS4902/AS4000 contracts.
• White Card and driver's licence
