• Overseeing the delivery of ESD reports and certifications including Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active, Section J, and NatHERS.
• Providing expert advice throughout design, documentation, and construction phases.
• Managing complex, multidisciplinary projects with a focus on quality and profitability.
• Mentoring and developing a team of ESD engineers, modellers, and designers.
• Collaborating with Directors to define strategic goals and performance metrics for the ESD team.

• Deep technical knowledge of Australian standards and certification frameworks.
• A track record of successful client engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
