Due to a busy period, they’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Engagement Specialist to join their team on a full-time temporary basis.
Your new role
As part of the Customer Engagement Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for new business enquiries - creating strong first impressions, building trust, and showcasing the value of services offered. You’ll guide prospective clients through their options, helping them make informed decisions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Your day-to-day will include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and promote service offerings
Navigating multiple systems to manage enquiries and maintain accurate records
Supporting aged care participants with clear, compassionate guidance
Feeding insights back into the business to improve processes and service delivery
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for confident communicators who thrive in fast-paced environments and genuinely enjoy helping others. To be successful, you’ll bring:
Previous experience in a call centre or client engagement role
Strong administrative skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
A warm, people-focused approach with excellent communication skills
A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Certificate of Currency for car insurance
Aged care experience is a bonus, but not essential
