Your new company is a respected builder, working on a variety of commercial projects. Due to a strong pipeline of projects and growth, they are seeking an experienced architect/building designer who is ready to take on a new opportunity.

Your new role
  • Ensure all drawings completed meet tender requirements
  • Ensure quality checks are completed at each stage
  • Liaising with clients directly
  • Customising plans and preparing building packages

What you'll need to succeed
  • REVIT is essential
  • Minimum 3–5 years post-graduation and local experience
  • Good construction knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of plans, designs and building packages
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work without any supervision
