HR Business Partner

Seeking an immediately available generalist HR Business Partner with strong case management
Our client is a renowned service provider within the disability sector and, due to increased workload, they are seeking the expertise of an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.

Working within an established HR team, you will support with high-volume performance management cases, interpretation of the SHADS award and mitigation of risk through coaching and development of line management.

This position will require you to be a generalist HR Business Partner with a strong ER/IR orientation and the ability to effectively record details and follow process. It is essential that you have prior working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.

This position will be offered either on the basis of a six-month temporary contract or a fixed-term contract.
